About Us
Above All Services LLC (AAS) is an Arizona-based, certified, and woman-owned small business and commercial cleaning company with more than 40 years of experience. It was established in 2014 by Deborah Norris Lue with the aim of providing janitorial, specialized cleaning, and related services.
In 2018, Marilyn Doyle became co-owner of AAS, and with this partnership, it has further strengthened the company position in the janitorial market and provides our clients the importance of quality and customer satisfaction.
Since our inception, we have earned a track record for excellence in maintaining a wide range of facilities including health care, educational, high-tech clean rooms, municipal facilities and federal facilities of any size.
Our staff of highly trained building maintenance professionals will provide you with superior workmanship and customer service, leaving you with the confidence of knowing your facility is properly maintained and serviced.
Meet the Team
Deborah Norris Lue
Deborah has more than 15 years of experience in the janitorial industry, particularly in facility management and contract monitoring. She is proven to develop and implement innovative operational management techniques. She communicates effectively—both with customer and employees—strategizes for management of multiple projects, and understands how to review and oversee government contract specifications.
Marilyn Doyle
Marilyn has over 30 years in the cleaning industry and more than 25 years of management and organizational skills. She excels in customer service with expertise in the development of management, technical, and cost-effective operating policies and procedures; marketing; cost-saving opportunities; quality of customers; project implementation; operating multiple sites; and risk management knowledge.
Additionally, she is experienced in facility management development and implementation, and delivery of customer service programming.
